Certificate III in Cabinet Making and Timber Technology (MSF30322)
Why Choose NEVC for your Apprentice Training Needs?
Customised to your business needs
Apprentice training and assessment can be flexible and tailored to individual or business needs, built to the way the employer wants. There are a large selection of elective units to choose from, subject to tasks undertaken in individual workplaces.
Purpose build off-job facilities
While much of our cabinet making apprentice training is delivered in the workplace, our training facilities include two fully operational construction workshops, which allows for aspects of the training to be delivered at our site, in a simulated workplace environment.
Low training fees
Tuition Fees are capped at $1,200 for the life of the Training Contract. This ensures that they are no greater than what the employer is eligible for from the Construction Industry Training Board (CITB), for the Tuition Fees portion of their Apprentice Training Support (ATS) funding.
In addition, there are no fees charged for text books –saving approx. $175.
Trainers are highly experienced
Our trainers are all qualified workplace trainers/assessors as well as being qualified tradespersons. They include several licensed builders and a finalist in the 2010 Minister’s Awards for Excellence, for commitment to Australian Apprenticeships.
Comprehensive RPL Process
Our trainers are committed to recognising an individual’s industry knowledge and experience.
Depending on an individual’s ability, and their exposure to industry, there is the ability to fast-track many aspects of the training.
Rolling Intakes
Apprentice training can start at any time throughout the year–no need to wait for a new semester to begin.
Free White Card training
The Construction Industry Safety Induction Course (White Card) is provided free of charge to all eligible apprentices.
